Does anyone know if the fat from that membrane is different, or better than rendered tallow to fry with?

It is different and I think I've seen an episode or interview with Steve Rinella where he says the caul at is better than the tallow for eating, but can't remember for sure.

I have watched Clay for years now, he is for real . I watched his bow building vidieos a lot, but for those who don't know he was the winner on Alone several seasons ago.
