Can you show us the top of the breech?
It looks like the nipple may be fitted into a high  quality drum, rather than a patent breech.
also, some details would be appreciated, Calibre, barrel length and a photo of the triger guard.

Hi, and thank you guys!
Here is more photos(Better taken outside ) The lock have no Bridle, but work great. Cal 50 and barrel l is 37"  The gun is extrimly slim and light and the most beautiful stocking in my collection

Lovely piece of maple!
I have one very similar fitted to an English gun.
I see the barrel has a patent breech and nicely done!
From the side, it looks very like one I have on an old wreck, where the drum is shaped to
Look like a patent breech.
