Gunmaker last name “Troehler”

Hello.
Is anyone familiar with a gun maker working in the 1990’s (and likely in the 80’s) by the last name of “Troehler” or “Troehier”? I recently picked up a fusil with above average workmanship from 1992 that carried the signature below.
Thanks.

Hi, Smylee- It is a very similar name to mine, but I've never seen it before. I Googled it, and there are a lot of Troehlers.

Hi Herb. Yes I just checked the spelling. A couple of letters off. Close but no cigar ! Hope your doing well. I will be going west in a couple weeks and will be driving right past the old shooting range at Cooperstown and might stop in to visit if any thing is going on. Take care.

Came from west central Ohio. So my guess is the builder would likely be somebody from Ohio, Indiana or Michigan - pre-internet. Maybe PA, since it looks to have been a Centermark kit.
