I was showing a friend how to use one of our CNC lathes this morning. The drawing posted above was as good as anything to illustrate the process for him. This was the result. Send me your address and I will drop it in the mail for you.

Good work. The only improvement I would make vis to have the screw either 8x32 or 10x32 and made of steel ( from a machine screw)

Joe R, thank you very much for that. I got it out today and during cleaning you can feel when the regular jag goes beyond the barrel grooves and then the taper binds. Had to spin some material to get to the bottom.
