Jack Duprey .54 pistol

I am over the moon with my pick up of this beautiful .54 smoothbore pistol from Jack. It’s stocked in curly ash that Jack found in his firewood. The barrel is from Ken Netting, the lock I believe Jack said is a heavily modified L&R Durs Egg. I certainly consider myself very lucky to be able to have a piece of art from Jack.

I was lucky enough to get a good look at your pistol at the show and it is truly amazing! I'm really glad you got it especially in a one on one hand off from Jack congratulations!!

Dan- thank you indeed, it’s the culmination of seeing Bobs video on the Soddy that sparked my interest in Jacks work, and now im lucky enough to have a piece and to call that amazing man my friend.

SOMETIMES I HATE BEING IN TEXAS,  WE DONT HAVE THE MUZZLELOADER  FINDS LIKE THE NE STATES----GREAT TREASURE---JEFF in TEXAS
