Vintage Horn w/Unique Spout Reinforcement

Here is an interesting old horn up that I picked up from John Proud at Dixon's many years ago.  I purchased this horn because I was intrigued by the metal reinforcement on the spout.  I don't know if it was made that way for reinforcing the spout or a period repair.  Either way, it was an interesting find.  This horn measures 12" around the outside curve.  I am offering this interesting horn for your consideration for $125.00 shipped.  Thanks for looking.
