Rws 1075 plus

I found a really good deal locally on some rws 1075 plus caps. Any issues with these? I think I've read they're very high quality and guys like them a lot

I think they are made in Germany and I have wondered where the German and Italian caps had gone
Is Remington still making caps? Who were the others,I had some Winchester caps and may still have some

I have I need to turn most nipples down a little, but they work fine. BTW, i use a cordless drill and a file.
Lots of people say they are a little hotter than CCI.

Very dependable and consistent caps. Lots of the serious chunk and table shooters use them.

They are longer and might require you to modify a nipple especially for them. I bought 2500 of them during the shortage. They work well, but if you seat them on a nipple that won't allow them to go all the way down, they will require two hammer falls occasionally.  Easy to modify the nipple with a drill and a file and sandpaper.

Started using RWS caps in 1974 and buy them whenever I see them. I stocked up on CCI's and Remingtons some years back, still using those today, but think VERY favorably about RWS caps.

Congratulations on the great find.  Yesterday, while browsing the hunting section of a local store, I saw CCI caps being offered at $15.99 per 100.
