I really like your build Dan but using my imagination I Can see a rattle snakes head coming over the bow of your guard.Maybe a bit to much sipping shine on my behalf!

I haven’t been sipping anything but I can see that snake head too  :o

No rivet in the construction of this one? ( … or was that just in your butt plate to toe plate joint?)

I filed down each end of the grip rail for a rivet. First time I've ever used round stock for this purpose.

I see the snake head too, and like it a lot.
Snake Big Medcin!
A little graver or file work make that serpent proper.
I like it well enough to do on my current build, which is using brass mounts for a change.
Keep at it bro.
The shine sippin be aitetii.
