Should Ferric Nitrate be neutralized with a baking soda slurry after it is blushed?

I believe Ferric Nitrate should basically be inert and not in need of neutralizing - I never have neutralized it myself.
Aquafortis is sometimes nuetralized as it can possibly still be acidic.
