Does anyone know who the builder of the rifle is who built the rifle on the cover?

Let's see that 1991 cover. There may be info on it inside the magazine if you have it.

Jim, as a member of the NMLRA, You can log in on their website and then access the MB archive and open that particular magazine. Maybe there's an article inside the covers about the builder.

Robin I tried that, I don’t think they go that far bark. The earliest issue I could see was 97

I found the issue in the archives. Other than the cover credit which you already have, I found no other mention of the firearms nor builder.

Thanks guys, I guess I couldn’t see the forest for the trees. I am not familiar with the builder, it looks to be a finely built rifle.
