I forgot who I bought this knife from

Back in the early to mid 90’s I bought this Knife from a vendor at the Gun makers Fair at Dixon’s. I’ve been meaning to post this and finally got around to it. For the life of me I can’t remember who it was. Any ideas?? Thanks
