I have to start thinning the herd so to speak. So this will be the first I'm offering for consideration. I do not wish to crate this up and ship it, but would drive a reasonable distance to meet, or you are welcome at the house. I am not crazy about selling, and I don't have to, but I could use more room. And I don't need to let the family a bunch of stuff to stress over.
So here I am offering this very plain, but very well made and solid flintlock deer rifle. I believe built in the late 90's and used very little, and mostly for hunting. Which my Son took several deer with and then put away for over 20 years
The straight barrel is 54 cal Green Mt, 42" x 15 / 16"
Lock is an L&R Late English
Walnut full stock, Brass hardware, single plain trigger. about 13 1/4" trigger pull.
This was built for deer hunting, and with the PA ML season approaching I thought it might be a good time to post.
