Thanks, guys. This will be a personal gun for hunting in the mountains, so shooting positions will vary as you'd expect and unless there is generally a big difference in accuracy between the two mfg, I doubt I could shoot the difference between the two in the field. I'm not even sure I could from a bench unless they're a 2 moa difference.
I want to go with the goodoien, just because it's so shiny inside and it has a bit of "collector's" value. But, function is 100% where my efforts are going with this gun.
The only difference I think I'd probably realize in going with the goodoien is easier cleaning. Going with the GM I'd have more money for powder and practice:)
