Cool,  Went to an aution saturday,  picked up small anvil and a box of ball pein hammers .  Going to fire up the forge after church.

Fired up the forge to see how well it worked.  Placsd acouple pieces of iron into the coals... The iron melted...  Finally figured out when tp pull iron out to hammer with the help of my wife.(she grew up on a farm)  Seem to have trouble getting two pieces to fuse together but will keep trying.  Will try b,p hammer this weekend.
