Hmm, did you print straight from the browser or downloaded it to your computer first?

I had trouble as well, but if you download the target as a pdf and print from wherever your computer sends the pdf, you'll be fine.  Btw, I'm using an Apple, not a PC and the Apple sends it to the top of the screen marked by a downward facing arrow in a circle.  Hope this helps!

Aw Seth, you gave away my secret. Offhand, my rifle might as well be a shotgun! Richard, I already claimed the zero center as mine! You'll have to aim for the corners.  ;D

Make sure your print preview reads 100%. Had to adjust mine and it printed correctly.

My first attempt. A 46 or 37. I’ll let someone else call it. Stepped off 25 long paces this time😲 .36 caliber percussion Bedford style longrifle. 30 grains 2F .018 denim patch, .350 ball.

I shot three targets yesterday while I was helping a buddy sight in his new flintlock...I scored them  28, 27, and 26 - nowhere near good enough.  But here they are anyway.

It's about as evil as I hoped for:

I was struggling today, so the results is more case of luck than skill.

I'll definitely try this again.

Thanks, I had perfect light. Could see the sights and target really well. I tried again a couple hours later and put my third shot off the scoring part of the target. The sights on my rifle are so low and fine, I can only shoot a half dozen shots before the sights are blurred by heat waves.

54 cal hawken style rifle bought at the Log Cabin Shop a couple years ago using 35gr of 3f Goex.
This was my 3rd target, first 2 I threw a couple zeros trying to hit the corners.

Some darned good targets fellows. Have been abusing my pistol arm at Friendship. Hope to shoot this match sometimes this week.

I’m not getting any better at this one but it’s intriguing so will keep at it.

Rich,
I prefer the 'X" marked on a board with charcoal.
The sort of target you can mark the 'X' after you've shot the hole!

What does people think of the 'easier' smoothbore target?. Wasn't sure of how much to balance it out, but I wanted to try to make them a little more 'competitive'?

With the whole black area scored 10, there might be more perfect scores.  I've been trying to keep track of the scores on this one, and so far, I think 46 is high score...nice shooting.

A few days left!
Okawbow currently has the lead with a 46. Anyone still plan on challenging this?

If the weather clears, there's chance I'll shoot it, but challenge a 46?  Not in this life!

Looks like Chuck(Okabow) with a 46 and WVrazd with a 45, to me.
Good shooting, lads. ;D
